It was a rough shoot in Sandestin, 14 hour days, 5am call times and 98 degree heat on the beach.

On the last day a few of us hit the local fish house for dinner to celebrate.
The food wasnt great, but the company was FANTASTIC!

I have to get up at 4:30am. NOT FUN!  Smiles and happy weekend!

 

i have found some GREAT deals recently on orbitz. they must get exclusives with some airlines and hotels, cuz i dont find the same price on any other website.

TRAVEL TIP:
If you're going to LA, use orbitz to book a room at the Roosevelt Hotel in West Hollywood. Normally $700/night they sell rooms on orbitz for $250. Teddy's celeb-packed nightclub is in the lobby of the Roosevelt, and it's across from the Kodak Theater (American Idol-land).

I've finally gotten around to posting my new tv commercial.
It's been playing in every taxi in nyc, in Europe, China... well, basically all across the globe.

Just a note: the actors are making, like, zilch off the residuals while Mayor Bloomberg announces the city has spent 30 $mil on the campaign. Where's the money? No wonder there's such angst in the actor's union. 

Regardless i am honored to be in the spot, selected out of thousands to represent the city!

thing is, when models have parties, tons of guys show up. beth's party was insaaane!!!

 

 

 

seems like everyone i know is an aries or a pisces, so there have been lots of bdays lately. 

Alex's birthday was at The Back Room, a super-exclusive super-hidden old speakeasy on the LES, nyc that my friend owns.

Thanks Johnny for hookin' our party up, we loved your place! Oh- and don't wear fur if you go, cuz they won't let u in.

 

 

 

just for the record, i voted against the merger of SAG and AFTRA time and again, but SAG execs pushed the merger thru.

and i will cross a picket line if we strike. Last strike those that crossed $cleaned up$ while i lost 80% of my annual income, and they faced no reprecussions when the strike was over despite being told they'd be kicked out of the union for crossing the picket line.

so this time i'm kinda hopin' for a strike. more work for me =)

and while this may seem heretic, i point out that after the last strike my SAG negotiated rates went lower on things like new media (internet) use.so sorry SAG, but i'll be the first one pounding on the casting director's door.

TV, Film Actors' Unions Sever Ties

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Unions representing film and television actors will negotiate separately with producers in upcoming contract talks after board members of the TV actors union voted Saturday to sever a long-standing agreement between the two guilds.

The vote by the board of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists came hours before a meeting with the Screen Actors Guild and just three months before the expiration of the contract covering movies and prime-time shows...

...The 120,000-member Screen Actors Guild represents actors in movies, TV and other media. The 70,000-member TV and radio federation represents, among others, actors, singers, announcers and journalists.

The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, which represents studios, said in a statement that it looks forward to bargaining with AFTRA. It did not mention SAG.
